- Mosun cares about service delivery as a source of competitive advantage and strongly believes that there is a high correlation between the soft issues and service standards. As such, a large part of her work with her clients involves designing and delivering workshops on customer service.
- Mosun is the author of Serve Them Right, her new book on Customer Service, scheduled to be at book stands in June 2017
- Mosun, who runs Quramo Advisory, has over the past 20+ years, accumulated a wealth of experience. Over the past 22 years Mosun has accumulated a wealth of experience in business strategy development and execution as well as brand management, with organisations, such as, Accenture, ARM Investment Managers, United Bank For Africa (UBA) and Procter & Gamble.
- Areas in which Mosun has the skills and first-hand experience to deliver, therefore include business Strategy development, brand management, leadership, coaching, performance management and professional selling techniques. As a strategy resource person, Mosun has facilitated Senior Management Programme (“SMP”) sessions on Competitive Strategy, Entering & Developing New Markets and Strategies For Growth at the Lagos Business School, Lekki and currently voluntarily serves as a contributor and commission member for the NESG Policy Commission on Human Capital Development. Mosun who, holds an MBA from the University of Wales as well as a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from the University of Lagos, especially enjoys developing new markets and engaging in the ‘hands-on’ roll out of new initiatives.

Bukky Adewolu

- Bukky holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria (1999) and a postgraduate degree in Business Information Technology from the Middlesex University Business School, Middlesex, England (2001).
- Bukky Adewolu has a wealth of experience acquired from the international Oil & Gas Exploration & Production, Oil Servicing, and Professional Services. She has over 15 years of diverse work experience – both in the United Kingdom and more recently Nigeria.
- She articled with KPMG in the UK, and was on a number assurance and transactions services engagements. Some of her clients included FTSE 100 companies such as Royal Dutch Shell, BMW and UNIQ Foods Plc, as well as several Owner Managed Businesses (OMB). She later joined BP Group working in the Group Controllers Office and was subsequently appointed as the financial reporting lead for BP Angola’s Joint Venture Operations.
- In all her roles, she has had responsibility to facilitate various workshops and sessions with senior executives, colleagues, and clients. She is a skilled facilitator and has trained on topics like basic accounting skills, audit principles and practice, period close processing on ERP systems, customer service, customer relationship management, selling skills, etc
- She currently manages a Practice of Chartered Accountants where she is responsible for technical delivery of engagements, practice management, and business development. She has developed client relationships across various sectors of the economy and it actively involved in supporting SMEs to use emerging technologies to address their transactional processing and financial reporting needs.
