Course Rationale:
It is often said that “many hands make light work”, and more can be achieved collectively than individually. Herein lies the rationale for team work.
In our experience, however, we know that high performance teams do not result from spontaneous combustion. They are grown, nurtured and exercised. It takes a lot of hard work and skill to blend the different personalities, abilities, and agendas into a cohesive unit willing to work for a common goal.
In this regard, Achieving Outstanding Results Through Team Work seeks to improve team productivity by breaking down all the barriers to functioning as a “real” team.
